String Theory 🤔

According to Miller, a Picower professor of neuroscience at MIT, “for the most part, we simply can't focus on more than one thing at a time. ... Switching from task to task, you think you're actually paying attention to everything around you at the same time. But you're actually not,"

The same is true about your thought focus on what is positive (wanted) in your life or what is negative (unwanted). When you focus on the positive you start drawing it closer to you. When you focus on the negative you draw that closer to you. The visual that came through from my guides the other day was that of a string. You can hold on to a string of fear or hatred or anger and keep drawing that experience into your existence. Or in any moment you can drop that string and pick up the string of love or joy or gratitude and start pulling more of that closer to you. When you’re doing that you’ve dropped the other strings and so they’re no longer coming toward you. If you leave those strings alone long enough they will completely dissipate on their own. We can only hold our focus (string pulling) in one direction at a time so why not hold that focus (pull that string) on what is beneficial.
