How To Protect Yourself By NOT Protecting Yourself
It is more important than ever that you stay in alignment this month. There is a lot of ‘discord’ energy swirling around out there right now. Do not allow it to take your focus. I debated even posting this message because I don’t want to play into that energy field, however I just felt really compelled by Spirit to speak to this. Two things are happening right now.
1. There’s a lot of fear based energy being spread.
2. We are going through a crazy intense vibrational upleveling.
Our natural tendency when there is discord or fear based energy around is to put up shields to protect yourself. This is NOT beneficial! While you may temporarily feel some relief from the swirling energy around you, the shielding also BLOCKS the BENEFICIAL energy from coming. Anytime we RESIST something we actually increase its energy through our focus upon it. It is far more valuable just to SHIFT your focus towards love and alignment. This will then allow your energy field to open up to ALL the positive beneficial energy that is coming in for you and MOVE you to such a clear vibrational space that no harm can come to you anyways. This is moving INTO EMPOWERMENT over hiding and blocking your energy field. The best VISUAL exercise you can do to achieve energetic alignment is the MERKABA BUBBLE (photo below). Visualize yourself within this bubble and do 3 popping sounds as you imagine it building itself around you. The merkaba is a very powerful manifestational geometric shape that represents FULL & TOTAL alignment with SOURCE energy. Within that space of ALIGNMENT you are in such a CLEAR vibrational energy field that anything outside of that space has no access to you. This then keeps you 'safe' from discord while also leaving you OPEN to receive the beneficial energies that are coming to you from the Angelic Realm, Spirit Guide Realm and the Ascended Masters. This entire month we are experiencing a dichotomy of energies. Very highly powerful spiritual shifts are happening and at the same time very dense discordant energy is releasing. We have a choice to be in a stance of ALIGNMENT and LOVE or to focus on the DISCORD that is swirling.
