What should my SPIRITUAL FOCUS be on this SUMMER?

          You are feeling a sense of heaviness in regards to your spiritual work and path.  Your focus on the troubles of the world that you have seen around you has left you feeling a sense of frustration and sadness that there is not more LOVE in the world.  But, there is much more LOVE around you than you have allowed yourself to be aware of.  This summer SPIRIT is asking you to shift your focus to the areas in YOUR life AND the LIVES of those around you where you see LOVE shining through.  Make it a habit to look for things EVERY DAY that make you feel LOVE.  Look for it in your family, your friends and even the people you see out on the street, in your neighborhoods and the world around you. Once you start making an effort to notice ALL the GOOD you will start to see more and more of it AND you will start to be given opportunities by SPIRIT to spread more LOVE and GOOD WILL into the world around you.  BE the change you wish to SEE in the WORLD and suddenly the WORLD around you will change to reflect the GOOD that you are demonstrating to the world.

Exercise:  Take a note book and open to the first two pages.  On the left page write LOVE in big capital letters, on the right side write HATE/FEAR.  For 3 days I want you to write down all the times you notice something that fills your heart with LOVE and write it in your notebook under LOVE.  When you jot it down I want you to think about that act and let the energy fill your heart.  Then I want you to ask SPIRIT to AMPLIFY that experience in your life and bring you more.  Do this for at least ONE thing per day.  At the same time I want you to write down all the times you notice things that resonate with HATE/FEAR.  And when you do I want you to cross it out with a big black marker and ask SPIRIT to SEND LOVE to that unwanted experience.  Once the page is full pull it out of your notebook and crumple it up to be thrown away.  After 3 days I want you to STOP writing down the things you notice that are filled with hate or fear and write ONLY experiences that resonate with LOVE.  Do this for at least a week.  Notice how the more times you focus on LOVE filled experiences the MORE of these experiences you will start to have and find and the less you focus on hate or fear based experiences the less of them you will find.
